I forced the boys to take a brothers picture at 7:40am before Ramsey went off to school. They are wearing their new clothes -- shirts from Macy's and shorts from Target…all purchased on Monday, the day before school.
And off he went…his 3 mile one-way daily bike ride to and from school. Ramsey is 7th grade this year.
Ant, Hen and I left the house at 7:50am to drop Ant off. In the above pic, Ant doesn't have his shoes on, he ties them in the car.
Anthony has Mrs Seely for his 3rd grade teacher. She is really good at helping kids improve their writing. Ramsey took a summer writing course with her at her house the summer after 3rd grade (because his teacher said he needed to improve his writing). I'm hoping Anthony's writing will improve with having Mrs. Seely as his teacher. Anthony's desk is in a 3-top with Casey (green shirt, younger brother of Sonny who is one of Ramsey's Xtreme team mates) and Nicholas who was in his kindergarten class (not pictured, younger brother of Michael B, who is in Ramsey's book club).
I picked up Anthony and Ayden after school…they were walking with William who sadly is not in their class.
We came home for a snack (grapes, plums which were inhaled, grilled cheese and chocolate milk) before heading off to soccer practice 4-5:30pm. Ramsey came home by bike at 3:32pm. They all said they had a good first day of school.
